017. Weaver's poverty removed

|| Shri Swami Samarth ||

There was a weaver in Mangalvedha who lived in abject poverty. On some occasions, he would not have enough to eat and had to beg to support his family. However, one day his fortune changed and he met Swami Maharaj. As soon as he met Maharaj, he became a devotee and performed seva daily.

It had been three months since he began his seva that Shri, who is an ocean of compassion, took mercy on him. That night, Swami appeared to him in a dream and said, "Your father was a rich merchant but he died during his pilgrimage at Pandharpur. Your mother had already passed away. Under the tulsi vrindavan in your house,  your father had buried a treasure. Dig it up and claim it!"

He immediately woke up and as instructed by Samarth, he dug up the ground and found the treasure. His joy knew no bounds. Shri Swami Samarth had freed him from the curse of poverty for good. He sought out Swami in the forest and fell at His feet. He could not control his emotions and his tears rolled onto His feet as if performing abhishekam. With Samarth's blessings, he lived a good life in Mahol.

Such is the glory of Shri Swami's leela.
