144. Balappa completes his Namasmaran anutshthan

A long time ago, Shri had instructed Balappa to keep a record. The then-young Balappa had not understood what Maharaj had meant.

Many years later, once Sundarabai had been removed from seva, Maharaj instructed Balappa, "Bring the record!" Balappa understood and brought and placed before Him the record of the japa that he had performed. Maharaj kept the record with him.

One day Kalyan Appa Vani had come to seek darshan when Maharaj said to him, "Balappa is performing an anushthan. Perform the sangata of his anushthan!"

Vani spoke with Balappa, and with his go-ahead fed brahmins on behalf of Balappa.

Thus, Shri Samarth intervened to take the incomplete karmas of His devotees to completion.
